Lavinia is a modern-day little match girl facing a cold and hungry Christmas. But then a fairy steps out of a taxi and in exchange for a match gives Lavinia a ring with peculiar magic powers. The ring can transform Lavinia s fortunes for good. But it can also change anything in its sight into something which would cause quite a stink. Will Lavinia be able to use her new powers wisely? And anyway what could possibly go wrong with such a gift? A hilarious modern fairy tale but certainly not for the squeamish!
