Return Policy

​

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

• Return Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items.  This means the item must be delivered back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.  This includes any packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories that came with the item. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts may not be accepted for a full refund. If an item is returned in a non-sellable condition, we will refuse a refund or exchange and will offer a partial refund at our discretion.

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are generally responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, in some cases, Book Mama may offer a full or partial refund of the return shipping cost, depending on the situation. These situations may include:

    • Errors on our part

    • Manufacturer defects

• Restocking Fee:

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

• How to Make a Return:

  • Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at support@bookmama.co.uk within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and let us know the reason for your return and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and any specific return instructions.

  • Return Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure the packaging is secure to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided below. Be sure to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

• Attach the return shipping label (if provided) and ship the package using a trackable service.

• Keep your receipt for proof of return.

• Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements. We will then process your return and issue a refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email confirming your return and refund.

Please Note:

Items that are not returned within the 30-day window, are not in their original condition or are missing original packaging or tags will not be accepted for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
